Function:

High-low temperature coolant test system for batterys is specially designed for thermal and hydrodynamic test on liquit-cooling battery pack . According to the demands of battery performance test for new energy vehicles,Chiller is equipped with a variety of high performance sensors, with this system, you can:
 A. Test flow rate, pressure and temperature of the battery pack coolant
 B. Provide the temperature simulation, the pressure simulation and the flow simulation of the temperature range.
 C. Support RS485, CAN and other communication protocol,which make the communication with host computer or charging machine available.
 D. Various working condition for the battery reliability and stability test can be simulated thanks to the multi-PID which controls the heater and refrigeration units.
 
 Main Features
 1.Wide temperature control range: -40 ℃ - 85 ℃, 0.1 ℃ for minimum temperature fluctuation
 2.Direct cooling technology is used. Compressor takes part in the whole temperature control circulation, heating and cooling are together.
 3.Heaters are equipped to pre-heat battery pack
 4.VF high temperature circulation pump is used to avoid leakage
 5.Flow and pressure can be set by equipping sensor and inlet&outlet pressure gauges.
 6.Equipped with equal-square valve to test the cooling channel inner resistance of motors.

  Take away the waste heat produced in the process of battery charging/discharging test.

  High temperature test, to test battery pack’s high temperature performance and stability.
  Thermal performance test, to test the efficiency of battery pack cooling system.
  Variable temperature test, to test the battery’s performance under different temperature.
  Pressure drop test and flow resistance test, to test the inner resistance of battery pack.
  Pressure proof test, to test the sealing property of the battery pack cooling tunnel.
